What is Tour de Redmond?
Tour de Redmond is a bicycle commute challenge held each summer for Employees, Tenants or Residents of Greater Redmond TMA (GRTMA) Member Organizations.
- If you ride your bicycle to work, and meet the eligibility requirements (see below), track your commutes for the months of June and July. Watch your miles add up, and see how you stack up against other bicycle commuters in town -- and of course, win gifts and prizes!
- If you don't ride your bicycle to work yet, but have been considering it, take this opportunity to get out there on the trail this summer! Challenge yourself!
Eligibility:
Who Can Participate?
Employees, Tenants or Residents of Greater Redmond TMA (GRTMA) Member Organizations.
- Members include Companies, Non-Profits, City of Redmond, Apartments and Residential Communties, Shopping Centers and Malls, and Industrial and Office Parks. For a complete list of all eligible organizations, go to the GRTMA Member List, or contact us directly at Tour@grtma.org.
- If you determine that your organization does not appear on the GRTMA membership list, please contact us at tour@grtma.org to ask about an easy summer membership grant for your organization or about an individual membership for Tour de Redmond only. Any organization within the Redmond City limits is eligible for a full grant to cover the cost of membership for the summer.
If your Company or Organization is not a member of the GRTMA, you may still be able to participate in Tour de Redmond.
- If you determine that your organization does not appear on the GRTMA membership list, please contact us at tour@grtma.org to ask about an easy summer membership grant for your organization, or even a full-year GRTMA membership grant. (A company or organization must be within the city limits of Redmond to qualify for a membership grant.)
- If you wish to participate in Tour de Redmond and your company or organization does not qualify for membership, you may still be able to participate by paying an individual membership fee of $20.
